2 weeks notice is required for all orders, rush orders will incur a 30% fee.
For orders of $300 or less, payment must be received within 48 hours following invoice review.
For orders totaling $350 or more, a 50% deposit can be made. The remaining balance is due one week prior to the event date, or one month prior if order is booked in advance.
Failure to remit payment within 48 hours of invoice review will result in a voided inquiry.
Failure to pay any remaining balance may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
