Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund, as materials and preparation are already in progress.

Postponement Policy

If your event is postponed, payments will be applied to the rescheduled date once confirmed. Services will resume once the new date is set.

 

Liability

Lily & Opal Cookie Co. is only liable for services completed.  It is understood that in no event shall Lily & Opal Cookie Co. be held liable for consequential damages of any kind to product once picked up from location. 

 

Responsibility

Lily & Opal Cookie Co. is not responsible for Acts Of God, Natural Disasters, an Act Of Government such as A Declaration of National or Local Emergency, or Other Incidents Not within our control, i.e. accident, death in the family, illness, pregnancy, or sudden tragic circumstance. In such a situation, Lily & Opal Cookie Co. will refund payment at 50% upon communication.
